1. Who are we?

Loowy Manila is the first and only custom car mat provider in the Philippines, offering high-quality, stylish, and customizable mats for your vehicle.

2. What makes Loowy Manila different?

We provide premium, customizable car mats with unique designs, durable materials, and a perfect fit for various car models. Unlike generic mats, Loowy mats add both protection and personality to your ride.

3. What are the available Loowy mat sizes?

We offer different mat options:

Loowy OG – Our standard premium mats. Includes 2 pcs front and 2 pcs back

Size: Front 70cm x 45.5cm Back 34cm x 45.5cm

Loowyverse – Universal Mats for home, office, bathroom use

Size: 45cm x 75cm 4mm thickness

4. Can I customize my car mats?

Yes, you can fully personalize your mats by choosing colors, patterns, and even adding custom logos or text.

5. How do I place an order?

You can order through:

Social Media – Message us on Facebook or Instagram.
Message/Viber – Send us a message at 0939-569-1904.

Simply provide your preferred design, and we’ll handle the rest!

6. How long does it take to process an order?

Non-custom orders: 1 to 3 business days, depending on availability. Most designs are in stock.

  • Same-day delivery available within Metro Manila and nearby provinces via third-party couriers. Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.

Custom orders: 10 to 20 business days for production.

  • Shipping takes 1 to 3 days depending on your location.

7. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the Philippines via our trusted courier partners.

Metro Manila & nearby provinces: Same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove.
Outside Metro Manila: Shipping via JandT Express.
Pickup option available – Select "Pick Up" during checkout and wait for our confirmation.

8. How much is the shipping fee?

Metro Manila (Same-day delivery): Fee depends on the third-party courier (at your own expense).
Outside Metro Manila: ₱375 flat rate via JandT Express.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines, but we're working on expanding internationally soon!

Japan and Singapore Orders: Message us directly for assistance.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • BPI
  • GCash
  • Credit / Debit Cards via PayPal

Other payment options will be available soon.

11. What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not allowed unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days for assistance.

12. What materials are used in Loowy mats?

Loowy OG – Polyester, PVC with rubber anti-slip/skid bottom

  • Firm, heavier material

Loowyverse – Heavy Polyester top with crumb rubber anti-slip/skid bottom

13. How do I clean my Loowy mats?

To keep your Loowy mats in top condition, simply wipe them with a damp cloth or wash them with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve their quality. For a deeper clean, you can also use a pressure washer.

14. Are Loowy mats waterproof?

Yes! Our mats are waterproof and easy to clean, making them perfect for all weather conditions.
